Iowa...northeast Iowa and southeast Minnesota.

The Cedar River and some of its tributaries are above or will be
above flood stage over the next few days due to the heavy rains
from Wednesday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

* WHERE...Mitchell County in north central Iowa...

* WHEN...Until 1045 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding along the Cedar River and nearby tributaries
  will continue.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 949 PM CDT, automated river gauges indicated flooding ongoing
    across the area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Osage, St. Ansgar, Stacyville, Mitchell, Orchard, Highway 218 And
    County T 40, Highway 18 And County T 38, Little Cedar, Osage
    Spring Park, Highways 9 And 218, Meyer, Brownville, Pioneer State
    Park, Toeterville, New Haven, Mona, Otranto Park and Otranto.
