flooding of the Spencer city park and some rural agricultural
areas begins.

- At 7:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:00 AM CDT Thursday was 10.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
