This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight

Isolated showers and thunderstorms are forecast to move northwest
to southeast across Iowa from late tonight into Tuesday morning.
Severe weather is not anticipated.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Higher thunderstorm chances are forecast from overnight Tuesday into
Wednesday morning with a threat for mainly strong wind gusts in
northern Iowa, and then again on Wednesday afternoon in especially
southeast Iowa when there is potential for severe storms bringing
the main threats of large hail, and damaging wind gusts, but heavy
rain and a tornado are also possible.
