Early morning wind chills will range from 15 below to 30 below zero, with the coldest readings north of Interstate 90. Wind chills will recover into the single digits and teens below zero this afternoon through tonight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. An area of light snow will move into southeast South Dakota Sunday morning. Snow amounts are expected to remain less than an inch, with most locations seeing a half inch or less.
