This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Hot and active weather will return today. Heat indices will reach
into the mid 90s to near 100 degrees along and south of a Cedar
Rapids to Muscatine to Burlington line.

Additionally, showers and storms will bring a risk of heavy rain,
flash flooding and isolated to scattered severe thunderstorms to
areas along and north of a Fairfield to Bellevue line this evening
through Wednesday morning. WPC has issued a Slight, level 2 of 4,
risk for excessive rainfall and SPC has issued a Marginal/Slight,
level 1/2 of 5, risk for severe storms this evening through
Wednesday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

Isolated thunderstorms are possible area-wide Wednesday morning
and will move southward across the area through Wednesday
afternoon.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed this evening through Wednesday
morning.
