This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight

Scattered thunderstorms are in the forecast for northern Iowa,
mainly north highway 20, towards daybreak Thursday morning and
continuing on Thursday morning. There is a marginal risk of
severe weather and isolated heavy rains from these storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Scattered thunderstorms are expected over northern Iowa Thursday
evening and small chances further south. Isolated marginally
severe storms and heavy rains are possible with these storms.

Hot and humid conditions are expected Friday through Monday. Heat
index values on Saturday and Sunday may near Heat Advisory
criteria with values near 105 degrees possible.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is possible over northern Iowa at times through
Thursday night.
