JEFFERSON...SEWARD...SALINE...PAWNEE...SOUTHERN SAUNDERS...SARPY...
OTOE...BUTLER...RICHARDSON...GAGE AND CASS COUNTIES...

At 530 PM CDT, rain was falling over at least parts of the warned
area. This rain is falling on very wet ground and it will have a
difficult time soaking in, so there will be some runoff. This will
mainly affect smaller streams, county roads, fields and ditches
where mostly minor flooding is expected. The more significant
flooding will be on the Missouri River, the lower Nishnabotna River
and the Big Blue River.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding. Do not drive into flooded areas, and heed all
road closure signs.
