This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, east central Nebraska, northeast Nebraska and southeast
Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Light snow is expected across northeast Nebraska and west-central
Iowa this afternoon, with accumulations up to one inch.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Windy Wednesday with gusts of 35 to 45 mph. This could lead to
difficult travel for lightweight and high-profile vehicles along
with increased fire danger. There is a 15-30% chance of snow showers
Wednesday afternoon. When combined with gusty winds, brief
visibility drops will be possible. Little to no accumulation is
expected.

Bitter to dangerous cold is expected Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
nights with wind chills in the teens to 30 below zero.
