* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Arco/Mud Lake Desert and Upper Snake River Plain.

* WHEN...From 10 AM to 9 PM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could make driving difficult, especially for
  high profile vehicles. Unsecured objects may be blown around.
  Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous
  conditions for small craft.

...BRIEF STRONG WINDS ASSOCIATED WITH FRONTAL PASSAGE OVERNIGHT...

A cold front shifting through East Idaho during the overnight
hours will produce brief strong gusty winds with gust potential
around 45 mph across the Snake Plain and adjacent areas. The
strongest winds are expected between 1 AM and 5 AM. Showers and a
thunderstorm or two may also accompany the front with light
precipitation.
