  Counties.

  Rock River at Como affecting Whiteside County.

  Rock River at Moline affecting Rock Island and Henry IL Counties.

  Rock River near Joslin affecting Rock Island, Henry IL and
  Whiteside Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement will be issued Wednesday evening at 830 PM CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Pecatonica River at Freeport.

* WHEN...Until early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Flood Stage. Water affects low lying
  sections of Freeport mainly east of the Pecatonica River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 13.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    tomorrow evening and continue falling to 10.3 feet Tuesday,
    April 28.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

Widespread showers and storms (70-90% chance) will move through
the area Thursday into Friday. Some of these storms may be strong
to severe, with a Level 1 of 5 risk of severe storms for eastern
Iowa, west-central Illinois, and northeast Missouri.
