This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

A few thunderstorms are possible this afternoon, as a fast moving
storm system moves through the Midwest. Isolated strong to severe
storms with gusty winds are possible, especially in Illinois this
afternoon and early evening. Gusty southwest to west winds will
spread across the entire outlook area this afternoon, with gusts
up to 45 mph at times.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

Scattered storms are possible Saturday night into Sunday, with some
strong to severe storms possible. Main hazards to be hail,
lightning, and brief heavy rain.

SPC highlighted our area in a 15 percent risk for severe weather on
Sunday, which equates to a Slight Risk, or a level 2 of 5 risk.
Storms can be seen early Sunday morning, as well as in the afternoon
and evening.
