Illinois...northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...
Significant Fog Risk near Lake Michigan.
DISCUSSION...
Dense fog is expected to persist near the Lake Michigan shore into
tonight. While there has been improvement in visibility inland of
Lake Michigan, dense fog may expand back inland after sunset.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.
Friday...
Elevated Fog Risk in the morning, especially near the lake.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Level 2 of 5 Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Saturday morning...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk southeast of I-55.
Monday night and Tuesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
DISCUSSION...
A period of showers and embedded thunderstorms are expected Friday
morning and early afternoon, when any stronger thunderstorms may
be capable of producing hail. Additional scattered thunderstorms
are then expected to gradually push across the region late Friday
through early Saturday, some of which may be strong to severe.
