Cold conditions are expected tonight, with wind chill values as low as 15 below zero late tonight across interior northern Illinois. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. Saturday... Elevated Snow Risk, mainly south of I-80. Saturday through early Monday morning... Elevated Excessive Cold Risk. DISCUSSION... Bitterly cold conditions are expected this weekend. The coldest temperatures and wind chills are expected to occur Saturday night into Sunday morning, when wind chills colder than 20 below zero are possible.
