This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Elevated Fog Risk this Morning.

DISCUSSION...

Areas of fog, some locally dense especially in northwest Indiana,
will continue early this morning before dissipating later morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday Night...
  Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Wednesday...
  Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
  Limited Flooding Risk.
Friday through Sunday...
  Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

A system moving over the region on Wednesday and Wednesday night
will bring a risk of heavy rainfall, potentially in excess of two
inches. However, there is high uncertainty on where that heaviest
rain axis will occur. In addition, there is a chance for a few
severe thunderstorms south of Interstate 80 on Wednesday afternoon
and evening.

By next weekend, signs point toward the potential for a more
active thunderstorm pattern developing, with a possible risk for
periodic strong to severe thunderstorms and at least localized
flooding.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
