Locally heavy rainfall will be seen, possibly resulting in minor flooding. In addition, funnel clouds will occur with some of the showers and storms, possibly even a brief tornado or two. Overall though, the severe risk is low. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY The first significant heat episode of the summer will occur Saturday into early next week, with heat indices potentially topping 105 on multiple days along with high confidence in very warm nighttime lows. This may result in prolonged heat stress impacts. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
