This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central
Illinois and west central Illinois.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

Moderate flooding on the Illinois River will continue from Havana
downstream, while minor flooding continues for portions of the
river upstream.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...

Showers and thunderstorms are expected Tuesday night through
Wednesday night. Locally heavy rainfall and flash flooding is
possible. Additional showers and thunderstorms are possible
Friday through Monday. While it is still too early to pinpoint any
specific severe weather risks during that time, locally heavy
rainfall will be possible.

Moderate flooding on the Illinois River will continue from Havana
downstream, while minor flooding continues for portions of the
river upstream.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.

  Counties
  Illinois River near Havana affecting Cass...Fulton and Mason
  Counties
  Illinois River at Beardstown affecting Brown...Cass...Morgan and
  Schuyler Counties

.The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an alternate
route. Turn around, don`t drown.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Illinois River at Peoria.
* Until Saturday evening.
* At  845 PM Monday the stage was 19.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  Saturday afternoon.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet...Some flooding begins to bottomland not
  protected by levees.
