This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

Temperatures in the upper 50s to lower 60s, relative humidity
dropping to 25 to 35 percent, and north winds gusting to 25 to 35
mph will result in an increased risk for spreading grass fires in
cured or dormant vegetation this afternoon.

Moderate to major flooding continues along the Mississippi River.

the early evening before the winds subside.
