This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Illinois, east
central Illinois and west central Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Dangerously cold wind chills of 10 below to 20 below zero will
persist this morning.

Snow will develop this afternoon, and continue overnight.
Accumulations of a few inches are likely by late tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Snow will continue at times into Sunday afternoon, with additional
accumulations of a few inches possible. North winds gusting up to 25
mph may produce some blowing and drifting snow.

Sub-zero wind chill values will be common across the area from
Sunday through Friday, especially during the overnight and morning
hours. Be prepared for an extended period of winter cold.

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and
  10 inches, with 10 to 12 inches possible from I-70 south.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, southeast, and west
  central Illinois.

* WHEN...From noon today to 9 PM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Blowing and drifting
  snow is possible Sunday afternoon and Sunday evening with north
  winds gusting 20 to 25 mph.
