Scattered thunderstorms are expected at times later this afternoon through this evening, posing a threat for heavy rainfall and isolated damaging wind gusts. Temperatures will be seasonally warm at times. Heat indices of 95 to 105 degrees are forecast for most of the area this afternoon. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. Scattered thunderstorms (30-60% chance) are forecast for Wednesday, posing a threat for heavy rainfall. Additional thunderstorm chances persist through the end of the week.
