This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Illinois, east
central Illinois and southeast Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are likely through afternoon
today. Severe weather is not expected, however locally heavy
rainfall from slow moving thunderstorms could produce locally heavy
rain of 1 to 2 inches in about 1 hour and localized flash flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

There will be daily chances for thunderstorms Monday through
Thursday. Severe weather chances are low for the next few days, but
strong to severe storms are possible Wednesday.

Increased heat and humidity can be expected by Tuesday and Wednesday,
as heat index values rise to near 95 degrees. This may cause heat
related illness for those without effective cooling, especially for
sensitive individuals.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated through tonight.
