This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of eastern and
central Missouri as well as west central and southwest Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

There is a chance of thunderstorms through tonight.  Heavy
rainfall may produce flash flooding for areas along and south of
Interstate 70 through late this evening. Refer to the flash flood
watch for more information.

Major river flooding is forecast to continue along parts of the
Mississippi and Illinois Rivers as well as the lower Meramec and
Cuivre Rivers.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Thunderstorms remain possible across parts of the area each day
through next Sunday. A few of the storms on Wednesday into Wednesday
night may become severe.

Major river flooding is forecast to continue along parts of the
Mississippi and Illinois Rivers as well as the lower Meramec and
Cuivre Rivers.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are asked to report any new flooding or rainfall reports
over 1 inch to the National Weather Service.
