* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Illinois and
  central, east central, and southeast Missouri.

* WHEN...From midnight Friday Night to noon CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero
  could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not
  taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of eastern and
central Missouri as well as west central and southwest Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Wind chills are expected to fall to 10 to 25 below zero over parts
of central and northeast Missouri as well as west central Illinois
late tonight where a Cold Weather Advisory has been issued.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Accumulating snow is likely over much of the area this weekend. A
Winter Storm Watch is in effect along and south of I-70 late Friday
night into Sunday Morning.

Wind chills are expected to fall to 10 below zero across the entire
area late Friday night and Saturday morning when a Cold Weather
Advisory has been issued.
