Elevated Excessive Heat Risk.
DISCUSSION...
Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible late this
evening into the overnight across much of northern Illinois
and northwest Indiana.
High temperatures in the low to mid 90s combined with high
humidity will result in peak afternoon heat indices of 100 to
locally 110 degrees through early this evening.
