Illinois...northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited Snow Risk.

DISCUSSION...

A period of snow is expected this morning, mainly along and north
of Interstate 80 and may lead to hazardous travel conditions
during the morning commute. Scattered snow showers are then
possible areawide late this afternoon into this evening and may
lead to localized hazardous travel conditions, including during
the evening commute.

  Elevated Excessive Cold Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Snow showers are possible Saturday afternoon into Saturday evening
and again Sunday afternoon into Sunday evening, especially along
and north of Interstate 80, which may cause hazardous travel
conditions.

Wind chills may approach 20 below zero early Monday morning, with
wind chill values remaining well below zero later Monday into
Tuesday morning.
