West winds will gust as high as 30 to 40 mph tonight into Thursday morning, leading to reduced visibilities where snow is falling. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. A prolonged period of sub-zero wind chills is expected from Thursday night through the weekend. Wind chills may be as low as -15 to -23, especially at night.
