A quick moving storm system will move across central Indiana late tonight...after 2 am...before moving out of the area by mid-late morning Friday. A quick 0.5 to 1.5 inch of snowfall accumulation is expected with higher amounts in northern areas. Another round of snow is expected to develop during the mid-late afternoon hours. This snow will be showery in nature with the potential for brief moderate to heavy snow squalls over localized areas. Another 0.5 to 1 inch of snowfall is possible, with some impact expected for the Friday evening commute. If traveling, be alert for rapidly changing conditions in short distances.
