This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Outlook: Scattered thunderstorms.

Hazards: Lightning...gusty winds and brief downpours.

Timing: Through tonight.

Discussion: A few thunderstorms may produce brief heavy downpours
this afternoon into tonight.



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Outlook: Scattered thunderstorms early Wednesday decreasing in
coverage later Wednesday. Pockets of heavy rainfall producing
localized flooding...gusty winds and lightning will be possible.
Isolated thunderstorms are possible in the afternoon Wednesday.

Peak heat indices between 100 to 110 degrees for Thursday and Friday.

Discussion: The hottest and most humid air of the season so far is
beginning Thursday and continuing into the weekend.
