This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Through Tonight.

Widespread minor to moderate river flooding will continue along the
Wabash...White...and East Fork White Rivers...and adjacent lowlands.
An isolated thunderstorm cannot be ruled out tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Thunderstorms will be possible Wednesday through Thursday... and
again on Saturday...for all or part of the region. On Wednesday,
localized flash flooding will be possible. Severe weather potential
is low, with isolated strong wind gusts possible.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are encouraged to report rainfall amounts on Wednesday.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Indiana...

  White River at Edwardsport.

  White River at Newberry.

  White River at Spencer.

  White River at Elliston.

  White River near Nora.

  White River at Ravenswood.

  White River at Petersburg.

  White River at Hazleton.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana...

  White River near Centerton.

  White River below Eagle Valley Power Plant.

  White River at Anderson.

.Widespread flooding continues along the White River. Moderate
flooding continues at Centerton but the crest of the White is south
of there and should reach Spencer on Wednesday. Most points upriver
of Centerton that are still in flood will fall back below flood
stage by mid morning Wednesday. The crest could take until late
weekend to early next week to reach Petersburg and Hazleton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...White River at Spencer.

* WHEN...Until late Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Hyden Road, Fifth Avenue, and west side of
  Cooper Street in southern Spencer begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:30 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 18.4 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 11:30 AM EDT Tuesday was 18.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.5
    feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood
    stage late Saturday evening.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

  Blue Bluff and Paragon Roads are impassable. Flood waters affect a
  few homes in Waverly.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:00 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 16.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 12:00 PM EDT Tuesday was 17.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late Thursday morning and continue falling and remain below
    flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
