Heat indices into the triple digits are expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Prolonged duration of daily heat indices into the triple digits will heighten the potential risk of health-related impacts from exposure to the heat this week. Health impacts will build with each successive day in the heat and humidity. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside.
