Patchy fog has formed across much of the region this morning. Patches of dense fog are likely early this morning with localized visibilities of one quarter of a mile or less at times. Motorists should be prepared for abrupt changes in visibilities across short distances early this morning due to the patchy nature of the denser fog patches. Visibilities are expected to improve after 830 AM EDT. $$
