This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...south
central...southwest and west central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Day 1 Discussion

Light rain switching over to snow is expected this evening through
early Friday morning. Snow accumulations of up to 2 inches are
possible in portions of extreme southwest Kansas with lesser amounts
expected elsewhere.

Day 1 Hazards
* Non-thunderstorm wind: Limited risk
* Freezing rain: Limited risk
* Snow: Elevated risk

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.


Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
