This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Dangerous wind chills in the 10 to 20 below zero range will remain
in place for today and tonight. See latest cold weather advisory for
additional details.

Snow will continue today and tonight before gradually shifting
southeast late tonight. Storm total snowfall is expected to
generally be in the 5 to 10 inch range. See latest winter storm
warning for additional details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Dangerous wind chills in the 10 to 20 below zero range will
continue for Sunday morning and Monday morning. See latest cold
weather advisory for additional details.

Snow will be quickly exiting southeast Kansas on Sunday morning.
Light snow chances will return for Sunday night for areas generally
west of I-135 with only light accumulations anticipated.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills between 10 and 20 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of Central, South Central, and Southeast Kansas.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
