This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Hit-or-miss showers and thunderstorms will impact the region
through early evening. A strong storm or two is possible, mainly in
southeast Kansas, capable of pea to dime size hail. A few funnel
clouds and perhaps a brief landspout is possible as well. However,
this activity should remain fairly brief and weak.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Storms will be possible late Tuesday night in central Kansas and
mainly southern Kansas on Wednesday afternoon. There is a chance of
severe storms with the activity on Wednesday across southern
Kansas.

Periodic chances for thunderstorms will remain in the forecast from
Thursday through Sunday night. The risk for severe storms appears
low.
