This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

South winds today will be strong enough to potentially cause
problems for small craft boaters on area lakes.

Thunderstorms are possible tonight. There is a risk some of these
storms could be strong to severe with gusty winds and hail the
main hazards.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Additional thunderstorms are forecast on Wednesday. If enough
instability can develop severe storms are possible with all modes
of severe possible. The risk is highest over southeast Missouri
but may overspread the rest of the quad-state by Wednesday
evening. Locally heavy rainfall may cause flash flooding.

Scattered strong storms and isolated severe thunderstorms will be
possible each afternoon and early evening from Thursday through
Saturday. Locally heavy rainfall may also lead to flash flood
concerns.

A more organized severe weather episode is possible on Sunday.
Flash flooding is also possible.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed tonight, is likely Wednesday,
and may be required at various points through Sunday.
