...Elevated Fire Danger This Afternoon...

Low humidity, sunny to mostly sunny skies, unseasonably warm
temperatures, very dry fuels, and breezy conditions will combine
to result in Elevated Fire Danger this afternoon into early
evening. Humidities will slowly recover but winds are forecast to
persist through the overnight. Burning is not recommended as wildfire
behavior could become erratic.

Remember that Kentucky regulations make it illegal to burn between
the hours of 6 AM and 6 PM within 150 feet of a woodland or
brushland during the Spring Forest Fire Season that runs until
April 30th.

Elevated fire weather conditions are expected this afternoon from
the combination of low humidity, mostly sunny skies, unseasonably
warm temperatures, dry fuels, and breezy conditions. Burning is not
recommended as fire activity could become erratic.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Thunderstorms are possible at times Monday and Tuesday, and again
Thursday through Saturday.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
