This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a portion of eastern Kentucky.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

A winter storm will bring accumulating snow and a wintry mix this
afternoon and tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

A winter storm will continue through Sunday night bringing a total
snow accumulation from 2 to 4 inches and total ice accumulations of
one-quarter to three-quarters of an inch.

Below zero wind chills are possible late Sunday night into Monday
morning. Wind chills as low as 10 below to 20 below zero are
possible Monday night into Tuesday morning.

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations
  between 2 and 4 inches and ice accumulations between one quarter
  of an inch and three quarters of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
  southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Expect power outages and tree damage due to the ice.
  Travel could be impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact
  the Monday morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
