Frost and/or light freeze conditions are expected to develop tonight,
especially in valleys.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Frost and/or light freeze conditions are expected early Tuesday
morning, primarily in valleys.

Isolated thunderstorms are possible in some locations on Wednesday.
More widespread thunderstorm activity is possible from Friday afternoon
through Sunday.

  allow for a light freeze tonight. Taller ridges should remain
  above freezing, but patchy frost is still possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast
  Kentucky.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 9 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other
  sensitive vegetation.
