This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a portion of eastern Kentucky.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Wind chills as low as zero to 5 degrees below zero are expected this
morning.

A winter storm will bring accumulating snow and a wintry mix today
and tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

A winter storm will continue through Sunday night bringing a total
snow accumulation from 3 to 6 inches and total ice accumulation from
0.2 to 0.5 tenths of an inch.

Below zero wind chills are possible late Sunday night into Monday
morning. Wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero are possible
Monday night into Tuesday morning.

* WHAT...Heavy snow and heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total
  snow accumulation from 3 to 6 inches. Total ice accumulation will
  range from 0.2 to 0.5 tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
  southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 7 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the snow
  and ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.
