This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central
Louisiana, south central Louisiana, southwest Louisiana, west
central Louisiana, and southeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A few thunderstorms will be possible with the potential for
occasional cloud to ground lightning and small hail. Also, sea fog
may form along the coast tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Sea fog will be possible along the coast Friday morning.

A few thunderstorms will be possible ahead of a warm front on
Friday. Some of these storms on Friday afternoon across upper
southeast Texas and central Louisiana will be capable of producing
hail. The Storm Prediction Center has outlined that area in a
Marginal Risk for severe weather.

A cold front will move across the forecast area on Saturday
afternoon. Numerous showers and a few thunderstorms will occur
ahead of the front. Some of these storms will the have to
potential to be strong to severe. The Storm Prediction Center has
outlined an area northeast of a line from Toledo Bend to Bunkie in
a Slight Risk for severe weather, with a Marginal Risk for the
remainder of the area. Damaging straight line winds and hail will
be the main concerns. However, a few quick spin up tornadoes can
not be ruled out. The storms will also bring occasional to
frequent cloud to ground lightning and brief heavy downpours.


Spotter activation will not be needed.
