This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Southeast
Louisiana...South Mississippi and the adjacent coastal waters.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

There is a marginal risk of severe weather north of Interstate 12
in the Louisiana, southwest and south central Mississippi this
afternoon and this evening.

Isolated storms could produce strong to severe gusty winds,
possibly hail, torrential downpours and frequent lightning in the
risk area. Areas where heavy rainfall persists could result in
localized flooding of streets and low lying areas. There will
remain a chance of thunderstorms through the late evening and
overnight hours.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

There will remain a good chance of thunderstorms through
Thursday, then drier conditions should lead to more isolated
showers and thunderstorms Friday through Sunday. A few of the
storms each day could become strong and produce strong gusty
winds, cloud to ground lightning strikes and locally heavy
downpours.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated.
