...AREAS OF BLACK ICE THIS MORNING...

Temperatures have dropped into the 20s to near 30 early this
morning. Light to calm winds with left over moisture from
yesterday/s rain and snow has resulted in the formation of black
ice. Although the focus is on the plowable snow that is coming
today into tonight...motorists planning to travel before the snow
arrives should be prepared for black ice. In addition...walkways
may be icy for pedestrians as well.
