...Patchy Dense Fog through the morning commute...

Patchy dense fog will continue across the region through the
morning commute. Visibilities may drop to near or below one
quarter of a mile at times.

Motorists should be prepared to encounter areas of greatly reduced
visibilities, allow for increased distance between vehicles and
use low beam headlights when encountering the areas of dense fog.
