with the exception of Garrett County.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

flooding in urban areas.

Showers and scattered thunderstorms may result in isolated
instances of flooding elsewhere...mainly across the Allegheny and
Potomac Highlands of West Virginia.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Showers and perhaps an isolated thunderstorm may result in
isolated instances of flooding Friday and Friday
night...especially across central Virginia and the Potomac

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
