This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Maryland portion of the
Chesapeake Bay, Tidal Potomac River, and adjacent counties in
central Maryland and northern Virginia as well as the District of
Columbia.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

A Coastal Flood Warning is in effect until 10 AM Wednesday for
Anne Arundel County.

Localized flooding of streams and creeks may continue overnight
due to recent rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

A Coastal Flood Warning is in effect until 10 AM Wednesday for
Anne Arundel County.

Spotter activation may be needed this afternoon or evening.

...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT THIS
MORNING...

* LOCATIONS...Shoreline in Southern Baltimore County and the
  city of Baltimore.

* TIDAL DEPARTURE...1 to 2 feet above normal.

* TIMING...Around high tide overnight into Wednesday morning.
  High tide Fort McHenry is at 4:52 AM and high tide at Bowley
  Bar is at 6:08 AM.

* IMPACTS...Flooding is expected at the end of Thames Street in
  Baltimore. Water also is expected to cover the promenade at
  the dragon boat dock in the Inner Harbor. Minor flooding is
  also expected in the Bowley`s Quarters area, and minor
  shoreline inundation up to one foot above ground is possible
  elsewhere.

(MLLW) and mean higher high water (MHHW) unless
otherwise noted. Time of high total tide is
approximate to nearest hour. Total tide combines the
normal tide and departure from normal. Flood impact
is based on the total tide and waves where applicable.
