northern and central Virginia, and central and western Maryland
with the exception of Garrett County.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

There is an isolated threat for flash flooding and locally
damaging wind gusts from strong to severe thunderstorms this
afternoon and into this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Limited spotter activation may be needed this afternoon and
evening.
