Total snow accumulations between 4 and 6 inches, with locally higher amounts possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph with significant blowing and drifting snow Monday. * WHERE...Emmet County. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are possible Monday and may make travel treacherous.
