possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Michigan, including
the following counties, Isabella, Gratiot, Montcalm, and Muskegon.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Roadways with low-water crossings may be flooded.
