This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of southwest Lower

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Wind chill values this morning will reach the -15 to -25 F range
creating frost bite times of 30 minutes or less for exposed skin.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Snow and possibly a wintry mix will move through the area Tuesday
evening into Wednesday. Accumulating snow is expected in some
areas. Details are still being determined in regard to this

Cold air will surge into the area on Thursday behind another
Arctic cold front. Cold and lake effect effect snow will persist
into the upcoming weekend.

A threat for ice jams will continue as river ice increases due to
the cold weather.


Spotter activation will not be needed.
