This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of southwest Lower
Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Heavy lake effect snow showers will be found in the lakeshore
counties from today into tonight. Accumulating snow, slippery
travel and limited visibility will occur. Scattered power outages
are possible as the snow brings down limbs due to leaves still
being on trees towards the lakeshore.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations between
  2 and 5 inches. Locally higher amounts possible.

* WHERE...Allegan and Van Buren Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 4 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Visibility and road conditions may change rapidly over
  short distances in lake effect snow. Plan on slippery road
  conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday
  evening commute.
