* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches,
  with highest amounts between I-94 and I-69.

* WHERE...All of southeast Michigan.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 1 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Peak snowfall intensity expected between 4 am
  and 10 am.
